
MELBOURNE SPORTING & ENTERTAINMENT PRECINCT
Melbourne is witness to some of the Greatest and most exciting Sporting events all year round. Most venues are multi purpose, so are converted to allow for Concerts and other forms of Entertainment.
The Precinct consists of the Melbourne Cricket Ground, home to Aussie Rules Footy during the Winter months and home to 1st Class Cricket during the Summer. Close by we have the Olympic Park Precinct, home to an AFL team, Collingwood as well as the Glasshouse, ex Olympic Swimming Pool built for the Melbourne Olympic Games in 1956.
Right next Door we have AAMI Park, a rectangular sports pitch, home to Melbourne Storm (rugby), Melbourne Victory FC and Melbourne City FC (soccer).
